As your children grow up, so does their taste in books. When you are making space on their bookshelf, please consider donating their old books to the Children’s Book Project. Or if you can, consider running a book drive at your child’s school.
We will ensure that your child’s books are put straight into the hands of the children that need them most.
The Children’s Book Project cleans every book received and then sorts them by reading age and interest. Beautiful books of age relevant books are then given to teachers at targeted nurseries and primary schools for them to redistribute within their community.
Sorting, cleaning and packaging up every book received takes time and space! We would be very grateful for any help you may be able to offer, whether a couple of hours of your time or access to storage.
