How to donate your children's books

We gift books that children have grown out of to families with very few books of their own. Find your nearest drop off point by clicking on the button below, then register your donation. Some centres seek books to suit specific ages.

The condition of donated books is really important. Sadly, we cannot accept:

• Old or tatty books
• Encyclopedias, textbooks, revision books, religious texts, DVDs or CDs
• Ex-library or reading scheme books
