Our Owl Adoption programme invites individuals, families or groups to make a one-off or monthly donation to our cause that will help us give children access to the magic of stories they may not have at home. By sponsoring one of our owls you're not only gaining a fluffy friend, you will help provide valuable support for our logistics and to put books into the hands of children that need them most.

SPONSORSHIP IS JUST £5 PER MONTH

The Adopt an Owl initiative allows you to symbolically ‘adopt’ one of our story-loving owls for yourself or someone else by choosing either:

• A monthly donation of £5 or more for at least one year OR
• A one-off donation of £60.

Your sponsorship pack will be sent to you (or your nominated recipient) on receipt of your first monthly payment and will include a personalised certificate and a handmade wooden bookmark as well as your adopted owl. Each term thereafter Ottie or Ozzy’s new owner will also receive a digital postcard with details of their owl’s travels to our partner schools and the impact of their support.

 

It costs us just £5 to gift six beautiful, curated books to a child in an average primary school, including the materials for that school to put on a free gifting event. Just like our owls, your donation will help books take flight into the hands of children who need them most. Your cuddly owl and sponsorship pack will be posted as soon as your donation is received.

NEXT STEPS

It’s really simple to adopt one of our owls! Simply complete the form opposite and make your one-off payment or set up a direct debit via our secure link.
