PRISON POP UP BOOKSHOP VOLUNTEER
Join our team of volunteers to help run our book-gifting initiatives in prisons in and around the London area. Volunteers help to set up a Pop Up Bookshop within each prison where prisoner parents can choose free books for the children in their family. Please read the role outline and then email nella@childrensbookproject.co.uk to find out more or apply.
BOOK DRIVE COORDINATORS (4 HOURS PER WEEK)
We receive over 160,000 books each year via school Book Drives nationwide. They are a wonderful opportunity for children and families to donate any books that they’ve grown out of and are extremely popular. We are looking for virtual volunteers that can work as part of a team to help tell organisations nationally all about our work and support them to run a Book Drive on our behalf. Read the role outline for more information and email Anna to find out more or to apply.
STUDENT VOLUNTEERS (2 HOURS, SATURDAY AM)

We support the Duke of Edinburgh Volunteering programmes with Assessor Reports logged directly to DofE. We also supervise our own Community Engagement Certification programme for students aged 14-18 years. Successful completion includes 12 hours of in-person volunteering and an online assessment.
